Director, Human Resources/Safety

This full-time position acts as a HR generalist and is a consultant to the Executive and Management Teams, and Board of Directors for the purpose of ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies, designing workforce development plans, and maximizing employee satisfaction. Our team takes pride in the service we provide to our customers and enjoys working in a fun, healthy environment.  Some of the responsibilities of this position include recruitment, compliance with local, state, and national laws, employee training, policy development and enforcement, all-employee communication, payroll and benefit management, safety training and record keeping, and general employee relations.
