October is National Co-Op Month. There are more than 40,000 cooperatives of all types, in the US. They support jobs that provide more than $25 billion in wages. According to a study by the University of Wisconsin, funded in part by USDA, cooperatives have an estimated 350 million members, with many people belonging to more than one cooperative.
TCT is proud to be a cooperative, and our mission statement “TCT exists to promote growth and sustainability for rural communities, customers, and staff by providing advanced technologies.” has been the guiding principle in serving our members and communities for nearly 60 years! 2023 is TCT’s 60th anniversary and we will be celebrating our history as a cooperative, a premier employer, a community supporter, and a leader in technology for our area.
